School meals at WLS are provided by Hobbs Catering. They are prepared at Parkfields Middle School and brought in and served from the hatch in the hall.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 (Saturn, Jupiter and Mars) receive a free school meal provided under the Government Universal Free Meals initiative.

In Years 3 and 4 (Venus and Mercury Class) children can purchase a school meal. The price is currently £2.85 and can be paid daily.

If children prefer to have packed lunch in Year R - 4, parents can send in lunch in a named lunch bag. We ask that it is as healthy as possible and does not contain any items that may have nuts in as we operate a Nut Free policy due to children with allergies to nuts. This includes peanut butter sandwiches, Nutella sandwiches, and cereal bars that contain nuts.

Stars Class children have the option of having a hot meal or packed lunch. The price of a school meal is £2.85.
