Westoning Pre-School has been established in the village for over 30 years and moved from the Village Hall to the School site in September 2016. The Pre-School is now part of WLS and is called Stars, our Nursery Class. We continue to offer an inclusive setting that promotes partnership with parents, children and community. The Nursery follows the same policies and procedures as the rest of the school. Please see the relevant parts of the school website to access school policies and information.

The Early Years Team consist of Mrs Billington, Mrs Whyley, Mrs Preston and Mrs P. The provision is overseen by our Early Years lead, Mrs Giles.They provide interesting activities in an inspiring setting based around the 7 areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

We take children from the age of 3 years and offer the opportunity for 30 hours free early education for 3 and 4 year olds. 

Stars sessions are as follows:

Morning Session: 8.45-11.45am

Lunch Session: 11.45-12.30pm

Afternoon Session: 12.30-3.30pm
